Responsibilities include building dashboards and reports (SAS/SQL and BI tools), tracking outcomes, and offering strategic opportunities based on detailed medical cost analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health, Economics, Mathematics/Actuarial Sciences or related area.
• Experience in medical economics, healthcare analytics or actuarial services required.
• Strong coding and dashboarding background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights into emerging medical cost trends with executive-ready presentations.
• Extract, summarize and analyze large datasets via SAS, SQL or similar tools.
• Assess savings opportunities and post-implementation savings measurements.
• Develop medical cost analytics and present drivers to partners.
• Communicate analytic outcomes clearly to stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to craft the full analytical story.
