Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to lead the financial reporting for the strategic cost of care savings program.

The role involves gathering data from multiple partners, performing quality checks, conducting financial analysis and delivering an executive leadership report with key insights on program impact to the health plan. You will develop dashboards and reports showing total program impact, track program outcomes, and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

5 years of Medical Economics, Healthcare Analytics, Informatics and/or Actuarial Services in the health care payer sector.
Bachelor's degree in related field required; Master's preferred.
Strong coding background and dashboard experience.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic insights into emerging medical cost trends.
Extract, summarize and analyze large datasets via SAS/SQL or similar tools.
Coordinate savings opportunity projections and post-implementation measurements.
Develop dashboards and reports showing total program impact.
Present analytics findings to executive leadership in clear formats.
Collaborate with other departments to tell the analytical story.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
