Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a strategic, data-fluent Strategy Consultant to bridge clinical decision-making and operational finance. You will build data models, quantify financial impacts, and project performance, operating with high autonomy.

In the first 90 days, you will lead cost and administrative modeling at a code level for prior authorization, analyze trends, and forecast future outcomes. Remote role, preferably near Pittsburgh, PA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics or related field.
• 6 years of related experience in business or healthcare strategy.
• Experience with healthcare policy, utilization management, and clinical analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial and operational models to evaluate policy and utilization strategies.
• Lead foundational cost and administrative cost modeling at procedure-code level.
• Extract and transform data to support analyses and build data layers.
• Collaborate with data engineering to secure data assets and translate insights.
• Execute tactical strategy work within leadership boundaries.
