Responsibilities

• Round on assigned patients each shift, documenting findings within Lyft's electronic record before handoff.
• Screen incoming referrals for completeness, chasing missing records before the visit at Rock Springs, WY.
• Uphold infection control standards and problem-solving safety practices at all times.
