Job summary

- Experience leading telehealth or digital health initiatives and QA programs.
- Proven ability to author and maintain clinical protocols.

- Write, update, and refine clinical protocols for Wheel's care programs and translate them into platform logic.
- Lead Wheel's QA program, integrating AI to scale and produce actionable feedback.
- Develop frameworks to track patient and clinical outcomes and drive improvements over time.
- Manage patient safety escalation protocols and maintain high clinical standards.
