Job summary

Danaher Corporation’s HemoCue team is seeking a Territory Representative – Medical Device to drive new business in Florida, covering physician offices and hospital markets via approved distribution channels. The role reports to the Area Sales Manager and sits on the Southeast Sales Team with remote work coverage.

You will build relationships, craft proposals, and negotiate with customers to grow volume while ensuring compliance and leveraging Salesforce to manage your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years outside sales experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Target and secure profitable new business based on regional marketing strategy.
• Increase profitability of existing accounts by analyzing portfolio and presenting plans.
• Research customer problems and coordinate with leadership to grow volume.
• Propose pricing structures and manage contract renegotiations with Sales Management and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.
