Job summary

Haemonetics Corp in Boston, MA is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide support for customers in the North America portfolio, answer product, quality and regulatory questions, and assist with product implementations and training.

You will collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, North America Marketing teams to address customer needs, promote adoption, and drive business growth; travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years working experience with technical experience with medical devices, or clinical experience with plasma collection.
• Experience in customer product integration and training desired.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within assigned territory, addressing product, quality, and application inquiries.
• Assist with development or delivery of technical education and product training to ensure high training standards.
• Train internal and external customers as needed.
• Communicate success, best practices, and techniques to Product Applications, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Haemonetics' product portfolio and competitive products.
• Support the execution of sales and marketing initiatives to promote product utilization and business objectives.
• Provide technical representation during customer presentations and meetings.
• Assist in providing regulatory and quality support for the portfolio within the territory.
• Support product implementations and onboarding activities with senior team members and cross-functional partners.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to relay feedback and opportunities.
