Job summary

Haemonetics Corp is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide customer support across the North America portfolio, including product-related inquiries, training, and onboarding. You will collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, R&D and Manufacturing teams to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction while optimizing business opportunities.

The role requires 1–2 years in medical devices or plasma collection, a technical degree, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical experience with medical devices or clinical plasma collection.
• Experience in customer product integration and training desired.
• Remote-based role with ability to travel domestically up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within the assigned territory on product, quality, and application inquiries.
• Develop or deliver technical education and product training to ensure high training standards.
• Train internal and external customers in partnership with senior team members.
• Share best practices and techniques with Product Applications, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Haemonetics' product portfolio and competitive products.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote product use and business growth.
• Provide technical representation during customer presentations, meetings, and conferences.
• Assist in providing technical, quality, and regulatory support for the portfolio.
• Support product implementations and onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to relay feedback and opportunities.
