The role requires strong organization, clear communication, the ability to type and document properly, and experience in a call-center environment. HS diploma or GED and 1 year of medical collections experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in medical collections is required.
• Previous experience working in a call center environment required.

Aufgaben

• Persuade patients to pay on past due medical debts.
• Overcome objections and suggest payment sources for debt payment.
• Leave messages with consumers via mandated script.
• Update customer records with new information and document outcomes.
• Adhere to production standards and client requirements.
• Maintain HIPAA and FDCPA compliance and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
