Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or 1st party collections preferred.
• 1 year of call center, negotiating and collecting payments experience with automated dialer and medical record systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to negotiate pay arrangements on early out accounts.
• Persuade patients to pay past-due medical debts professionally.
• Update customer records with call details and disposition in our system.
