Avalere Health in the United States seeks a Medical Project Manager to oversee accounts of varying sizes, drive projects to stay on budget and on schedule, and ensure adherence to client specifications through collaboration with an extended team.

You will coordinate with support agencies, manage timelines and finances, mentor junior staff, and build strong client and internal relationships while enjoying flexible hybrid or remote work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience within a Medical Communications agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage smaller accounts independently and assist with larger accounts.
• Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders; drive timelines and budgets.
• Mentor Associate PMs and Coordinators; provide project feedback.
• Develop budgets and financial reporting; oversee invoicing and reconciliation.
• Drive internal and client status calls and ensure milestones are met.
