Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain education/training materials for HIM staff and physicians.
• Coordinate training and onboarding; conduct ongoing continuing education.
• Provide onsite/remote training and act as knowledge resource for staff.
• Monitor coding accuracy and regulatory compliance across departments.
