Job summary

Clarity RCM is a rapidly growing revenue cycle company helping private dermatology practices nationwide. We are expanding into orthopedics and seek a certified coder who owns coding integrity across a defined set of accounts, touching compliance, denials, and payer navigation.

You will work remotely in a fast-paced environment, translating clinical documentation into ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes, with emphasis on dermatology and occasional orthopedic procedures, while using AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

• Active AAPC credential required.
• 1–2 years medical coding experience.
• Strong dermatology expertise; orthopedic coding a major plus.
• Able to work with AI-enabled tooling.

Responsibilities

• Code across dermatology and orthopedic encounters using ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS.
• Ensure documentation integrity and apply modifiers correctly.
• Resolve denials and assist payer navigation.
• Use ModMed EMA, EZDERM, Nextech, eCW efficiently.
• Collaborate with account managers to improve revenue flow.
