Accelerated Claims Inc. is seeking an Account Representative (Claims Specialist) to support insurance claim research and recovery in a fully remote role with a one-week onsite orientation.

You’ll communicate with insurance carriers, review medical claims for accurate billing, and update multiple systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance. The ideal candidate has strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several software tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Place outbound calls to insurance carriers to research and resolve claims.
• Review and process medical claims to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Enter and update claim information across multiple systems with accuracy.
• Follow up on outstanding claims to maximize recovery for clients.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Apply knowledge of medical billing forms (UB-04, CMS-1500) when applicable.
