Accelerated Claims Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Account Representative (Claims Specialist) to support medical claims recovery.

This remote role includes one week onsite orientation, with regular interactions with insurance carriers to research and secure payments on outstanding claims. You'll manage multiple systems, adhere to HIPAA regulations, and leverage familiarity with UB-04 and CMS-1500 forms to maximize client reimbursements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Place outbound calls to insurance carriers to research and resolve claims.
• Review and process medical claims to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Enter and update claim information across multiple systems with accuracy.
• Follow up on outstanding claims to maximize recovery for clients.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Apply knowledge of medical billing forms (UB-04, CMS-1500) when applicable.
