Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative in South Weymouth to join a multispecialty ambulatory practice. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls (approx. 75–120 daily), schedule appointments, and provide prompt, compassionate service to patients.

Initial training requires 3 weeks onsite; after training, you will work remotely. The role is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week, with ongoing opportunities within our health system.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• CMAA certification preferred for eligibility.
