Job summary

Lifepoint Health, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist to support Physician Services Revenue Integrity and manage billing activities remotely.

The role focuses on resolving denials, maintaining revenue cycle workflows, and delivering timely reports to clients while ensuring compliance with regulations. You will own assigned accounts, monitor AR metrics, and collaborate with multiple departments to improve billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• High-School graduate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of medical accounts receivable experience.
• Preference for ICD-10 and CPT knowledge.
• Experience with EHR and billing software systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain revenue cycle services and resolve billing issues.
• Research and resolve claim denials and rejections.
• Own client billing cycle including charges, payments, AR metrics.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance.

Full cycle revenue model understanding
