Job summary

Triton Medical Solutions in Tempe, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Implementation Billing Specialist to lead day-to-day medical billing for new clients as they onboard. This is a hands-on role combining full-cycle billing with client implementation, workflow development, training, and cross-team coordination.

You will manage claims from submission through payment, address denials, track tasks, and ensure onboarding stays on schedule.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on medical billing experience.
• Strong AR and billing cycle expertise.
• Knowledge of commercial, Medicare; Medicaid DME billing knowledge.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to investigate billing issues.
• Experience documenting workflows and training staff.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Proficiency with billing systems, EHR/PM systems, clearinghouses, payer portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle medical billing for onboarding clients.
• Handle charge entry, claim submission, denials, and AR for implementations.
• Address denials and monitor aging reports and deadlines.
• Track implementation tasks and deadlines across clients.
• Develop client-specific billing workflows and checklists.
• Train clients on billing procedures and software workflows.
• Collaborate with Implementation Manager and IT to resolve issues.
• Provide backup coverage for routine updates and training.
• Prepare complete billing handoffs to ongoing billing team.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and trackers.
