Job summary

Triton Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Implementation Billing Specialist to lead day-to-day medical billing for new clients as they onboard with Triton Medical Solutions. This is a hands-on role that combines full-cycle medical insurance billing with client implementation, workflow development, training, and coordination across internal teams.

You will manage claims from submission through payment and resolution, proactively address denials and outstanding accounts receivable,

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on medical insurance billing experience.
• Strong understanding of the full billing cycle from claim submission through payment posting and AR resolution.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance and Medicare; Medicaid/DM E billing knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent organization, able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines independently.
• Analytical problem-solving to investigate billing issues and identify root causes.
• Experience documenting and improving workflows and training clients on billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end medical billing for onboarding clients during implementation.
• Monitor claims, address denials, and ensure timely payment posting.
• Track implementation tasks and deadlines across multiple clients.
• Develop client-specific billing workflows and checklists.
• Train clients on billing procedures and software; provide follow-up guidance.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Manager, billing ops, IT, and contracting staff.
• Provide designated backup coverage for routine client updates and questions.
• Prepare complete billing handoffs with open claims, AR status, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client documentation in accordance with HIPAA.
