Description

SBO - Single Business Office

Corrects errors or edits needed to process claims effectively.

• Issues with patient ID, diagnosis code acceptance, payer information, etc.

The role involves working with the billing team on backend and verification tasks. The candidate will heavily use Excel to process new information through patient accounts, find missing information, and update records. Part of the job includes reaching out to patients to gather necessary information and processing paper reports into the system when updates are required.

This position is remote but requires residence in Rochester, NY.
