Job summary

Catalyst Valley LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our remote team. This full-time position offers a salary range of $48,000 to $65,170 and is available until November 22, 2026.

You will assist providers with patient care, take vitals, prepare patients for exams, and support remote patient monitoring. A high school diploma and MA certification/experience are required, with EHR familiarity strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient care and administrative tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Collect and maintain patient medical records.
• Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and administering medications.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Assist with billing and insurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
