Qualifications

• Ensures accurate, compliant, timely billing and reimbursement for multispecialty medical services.
• Experience in medical insurance claims billing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and analyze data for trends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, compliant billing and timely reimbursement for services from various payers and patients.
• Submit clean claims electronically or on paper per payer guidelines.
• Follow up on claim status and appeals with proper documentation.
• Address patient inquiries about billing and payments and resolve issues.
• Identify and report billing trends and discrepancies to management.
