Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Medical Claims for a fully remote role. You will manage multispecialty claims, ensure timely reimbursement, and perform follow-up with insurers and patients to maintain cash flow.

The ideal candidate will have strong billing knowledge, proficiency in MS Office and Google apps, and collaborative, detail-oriented skills to thrive in a remote team.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with medical claims billing preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, compliant billing for multispecialty services.
• Submit clean claims electronically or by paper per payer guidelines.
• Analyze and correct first pass rejected claims for resubmission.
• Perform claims status follow-up with payers.
• Process claim appeals with supporting documentation.
• Review and adjust customer accounts for collectability.
• Provide patient billing information and respond to inquiries.
