Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Medical Claims for a fully remote role. You will handle multispecialty medical billing, resubmissions, follow-up on claim statuses, and appeals with supporting documentation to ensure timely reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Medical Insurance Claims billing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google applications.
• Ability to perform basic math operations with various units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, compliant, timely billing and appropriate reimbursement for multispecialty services.
• Prepare and re-submit clean claims to insurers electronically or on paper per guidelines.
• Analyze and correct first-pass rejections for second-pass clean claim submission.
• Perform claim status follow-up activities for assigned insurance plans.
• Review and process claim appeals with supporting documentation.
