Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Project Manager (Director Level) in Medical Affairs to lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, scope alignment, and strategic impact across therapeutic programs.

You will partner with Medical Affairs leaders, Clinical Development, Publications, Compliance, and other teams to drive governance, planning, and execution, while maintaining compliant operations and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field with 8+ years of project management experience.
Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MSc, PharmD, PhD) with 8+ years of experience.
Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
Strong planning, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency with PM tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for Medical Affairs initiatives, with integrated plans and milestones.
Coordinate across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance.
Develop dashboards, metrics, and status reports for leadership review.
Support advisory boards, congress planning, medical education, and evidence programs.
Ensure governance, compliance, and process improvements in projects.
