Planet Group is seeking a Director-level Project Manager for Medical Affairs to lead strategic and operational initiatives across therapeutic areas. This remote, six-month engagement pays $195–$205 per hour and requires delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs leaders, Medical Scientists, Clinical Development, Publications, and Compliance to drive planning, governance, and execution with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field; Advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project management for Medical Affairs initiatives, programs, and strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and mitigation plans, and manage dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and governance to ensure alignment with plans of action.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and tracking of expenditures.
• Develop dashboards and status reports for leadership review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
