The role emphasizes coordinating advisory boards, congresses, medical education, evidence generation, and launch activities, with a focus on dashboards and leadership reporting. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field, or advanced degree with 8+ years experience.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Compliance, Commercial, and Market Access.
• Support strategic planning, annual Plans of Action (POAs), resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage Medical Affairs initiatives including advisory boards, congresses, medical education, and evidence generation.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and leadership status reports.
• Ensure compliance, governance, documentation, and inspection readiness.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
