Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Project Manager at Director level for Medical Affairs on a remote US basis. The role leads end-to-end strategic initiatives within Medical Affairs and collaborates across Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities include developing integrated project plans, managing budgets and resources, tracking risks, and delivering executive dashboards. This 6-month contract offers high extension potential and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharma/Life Sciences PM experience.
• Director-level leadership and cross-functional oversight.
• PM certifications preferred (PMP/Prince2/Agile).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Develop integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee cross-functional projects involving Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Medical Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Commercial, and Market Access.
• Support POAs, launches, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate advisory boards, medical congresses, education initiatives, and evidence generation programs.
• Monitor risks, budgets, and performance metrics; develop dashboards and executive reports.
• Facilitate governance meetings and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation requirements.
• Drive process improvements and consistent PM practices across Medical Affairs.
