Job summary

ATR International is seeking a Medical Affairs Project Manager at director level to provide strategic and operational support for cross-functional initiatives. You will translate Medical Affairs strategy into integrated project plans, manage budgets and governance, and deliver leadership reports.

The role collaborates with Medical Affairs leaders, Clinical Development, Evidence Generation, Publications, Medical Operations, Compliance, and Commercial to enable efficient, compliant execution with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech healthcare project management.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for Medical Affairs initiatives and programs.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and mitigate accordingly.
Facilitate project governance and decision-making.
Align activities with Medical Affairs plans of action and organizational objectives.
