Conduent is hiring a Call Center Representative – Medicaid Member Support to assist South Carolina Medicaid members. The role is remote with a 4-week training program and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Pay is $16.00 per hour, with benefits starting from the training period and opportunities for growth within the company. You will handle member inquiries, guide applicants through Medicaid processes, and provide accurate information across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year call center or telephone customer service experience.
• Must be able to submit to pre-employment screening and use multiple computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide product information to Medicaid members.
• Research and resolve inquiries, document calls, and update systems.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow policies, handle escalations, and advocate for members.
