The ideal candidate has call center experience in healthcare or Medicaid, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple systems from a dedicated home office.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of call center experience; preferably in healthcare, human services, or Medicaid.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls within 30 seconds.
• Use multiple monitors and systems to service calls.
• Be a productive team member and comply with rules and regulations.
• Manage time, attendance, and punctuality.
