Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and four years experience as a billing manager within Patient Financial services in a large hospital, healthcare system or centralized business office.
• Eight years experience as a billing manager within Patient Financial Services in a large hospital, healthcare system or centralized business office in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Management of all Medicare, commercial and Medicaid billing activities within the centralized business office to maintain and maximize reimbursement and minimize accounts receivable through timely and accurate handling of patient accounts and claims.
