Job summary

Ascension is seeking a senior producer to lead end-to-end production for multi-channel video, photography and digital campaigns. You will translate creative concepts into impactful visual stories that connect with patients and communities.

You will coordinate budgets, contracts, timelines and schedules, collaborating with internal teams, external agencies and freelance crews to ensure on-time delivery while upholding brand and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated media or creative production experience managing end-to-end, multi-channel shoots.
• Proven track record of full fiscal and logistical ownership, including budgets, vendor and talent contracts, and schedules.
• Hands-on proficiency with Frame.io, Asana, Workfront, or Monday.com to drive cross-functional workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production for multi-channel video, photography, and digital campaigns, translating high-level concepts into visual stories.
• Orchestrate shoot logistics, contracts, timelines and budgets to ensure initiatives are delivered on time with precision.
• Unite internal leads, external agencies and freelance crews to elevate production quality at every stage.
• Champion brand integrity and healthcare compliance, resolving on-set hurdles to safeguard quality and privacy.
• Integrate workflow tech and AI tools to streamline lifecycles and scale storytelling efficiency.
