Horizontal Talent is seeking a senior production lead to bring brand stories to life across experiential, AV, static, social, and paid media. The role balances launch work with ongoing execution, collaborating across teams to turn ambitious ideas into polished, on-time deliverables.

You will drive production across campaigns, manage budgets and timelines across multiple locations, and coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal partners to keep programs moving smoothly.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years producing high-volume brand campaigns across AV, static and social channels.
• Proven ability to manage multi-location production plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong collaboration across creative, agency, vendor, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated accountability for on-time, on-brand deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production across launch campaigns, brand moments, and ongoing assets.
• Build and manage production plans, timelines, and budgets across locations.
• Coordinate partners, vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to keep programs moving.
• Oversee pre- through post-production, logistics, asset delivery, and approvals.
• Support experiential activations and on-site execution as needed.
• Review concepts for feasibility, identify risks, and propose solutions early.
• Manage bids, estimates, and talent considerations while controlling costs.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and adapt plans when priorities shift.
• Maintain consistency and quality across high-profile and smaller campaigns.
• Ensure deliverables are reviewed, approved, and distributed on time.
