You will lead media outreach, thought leadership, and awards programs, working with executives and reporters to turn complex health tech and business stories into clear, evidence-backed narratives.

This remote role offers opportunities to shape national PR strategy while collaborating with content teams and internal partners

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in public relations, communications, journalism or related field.
• Strong media relations, pitching and relationship development.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; translate complex topics clearly.
• Curious about healthcare, business trends and news.
• Experience supporting executives for media interviews.
• Proactive, creative, independent and collaborative.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive media outreach and relationship development.
• Identify timely story opportunities grounded in industry trends and data.
• Coordinate reporter research, interviews and coverage tracking.
• Maintain media lists and editorial opportunities with discipline.
• Monitor conversations to surface opportunities for Ensemble.
