Ensemble is seeking a Communications Manager to lead media relations, thought leadership support, awards, and program measurement. You will deepen relationships with healthcare and business reporters, coordinate executive briefings, and partner with content teams to extend narratives across channels.

The role emphasizes complex healthcare storytelling, data-driven insights, and collaboration with internal partners to surface timely opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in public relations, communications, journalism or a related field.
• Strong media relations experience, including pitching, reporter research and relationship development.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling stories.
• Demonstrated curiosity about news, trends and issues influencing healthcare and business.
• Experience supporting executives or subject matter experts for media interviews and external opportunities.
• Proactive, creative approach with the ability to identify opportunities and move work forward independently.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Comfort using data and analytics to evaluate communications performance and inform recommendations.
• Experience with Canva to create or adapt professional communications assets is preferred.
• Healthcare, healthcare technology or complex B2B experience preferred.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to AI to improve processes.
• This is a remote position; travel to onsite locations may be required.
