You will lead proactive media relations, thought leadership, awards, and measurement while deepening relationships with reporters and internal partners.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer who follows healthcare trends, understands Ensemble operations, and translates complex topics into timely stories supported by evidence.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in public relations, communications or related field.
• Strong media relations experience including pitching and research.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for clear storytelling.
• Curiosity about healthcare/business trends and outcomes.
• Experience supporting executives for media interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive media relations, thought leadership support, awards, and measurement.
• Strengthen relationships with healthcare and business reporters and editors.
• Prepare briefing materials and anticipated questions for media interviews.
• Coordinate opportunities from prep to follow-up with spokespeople and experts.
• Partner with content and social teams to amplify narratives and earned media.
