CentralReach is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to own external voice across social channels and PR partnerships. This senior role focuses on strategy and hands-on execution, with emphasis on managing the PR agency relationship and ensuring sharp, consistent communications aligned with business priorities.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing and collaborates with the CMO and cross-functional teams to amplify launches, conferences, and customer stories while

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in social media management, corporate communications, or public relations.
• Experience managing an external PR or communications agency relationship.
• Strong writing and editing skills across executive communications, social copy, and press materials.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and translating business priorities into external messaging.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers to surface stories.
• A strategic mindset with hands-on execution willingness.

• Own external communications: press releases, media statements, executive messaging.
