Job summary

WD Partners Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to construction. You will serve as the primary liaison with clients, guiding communications, progress reports, and deliverables.

This role emphasizes accountability for scope, schedule, and budget across a cross-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate has advanced PM experience in design, architecture, and engineering, with strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Advanced project management experience across design, architectural and engineering practices with progressive levels of responsibility.
• Proven management and leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients and timelines.
• Experience with retail, restaurant, grocery, and/or healthcare projects is ideal.
• RA/PE is helpful.
• LEED AP or PMP certification is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for a cross-functional team from initiation through construction.
• Act as main client contact, guiding project-level communications and updates.
• Manage deliverables through closeout ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence.
