Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs forensic assignments in mechanical engineering within scope and budget.
• Investigates incidents to determine if mechanical failure occurred.
• Inspects sites/equipment; analyzes equipment; prepares sketches and calculations.
• Conducts analyses of machinery design, industrial incidents, and materials.
• Prepares oral and written reports documenting findings and remediation steps.
• Provides expert opinions and may provide testimony as needed.
• Manages multiple projects and coordinates with other experts.
