This remote role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in mechanical construction recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of full-cycle mechanical construction recruiting experience required.
• Knowledge of mechanical construction, engineering, skilled trades, and the Northeast talent market required.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and placement.
• Candidate Sourcing: Build targeted pipelines of mechanical construction, engineering, and skilled trades professionals through networking, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
• Hiring Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs, develop search strategies, and deliver qualified candidates.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate candidate activity in the applicant tracking system and support an organized, high-quality recruitment process.
