Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of full-cycle mechanical construction recruiting experience required.
• Knowledge of Northeast talent market.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, placement.
• Candidate sourcing: build pipelines for mechanical construction, engineering, and skilled trades.
• Hiring partnership: collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and deliver qualified candidates.
• Relationship management: maintain strong candidate relationships and provide ongoing communication.
• Recruitment operations: track candidate activity and support a high-quality process.
