Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years’ of related experience required.
• Direct experience in conducting facility condition assessments for mechanical and plumbing equipment strongly preferred.
• Experience assessing healthcare and educational institutions strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site facility condition assessments on existing buildings.
• Identify deficiencies of HVAC equipment and provide recommendations.
• Lead project teams and support junior assessors.
