Job summary

Solid Tech Property Measurement in Colorado is seeking a Measurement & Drafting Associate (part-time, remote) to produce accurate as-built drawings from field data, existing plans, and point cloud scans. You will work with point cloud data, coordinate with freelance drafters, and maintain drawing standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of architectural drafting experience and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to read construction documents.

Qualifications

• Denver Metro area employee for this position.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting, as-built documentation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience reviewing or checking the drawings of others.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate as-built drawings from field data, existing plans, and point cloud scans.
• Work with point cloud data, including registration, cleanup, and extraction of floor plans and building geometry.
• Coordinate with freelance drafters to expand production capacity: scoping tasks, preparing files, and reviewing work for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized, well-documented project files and drawing standards
