Job summary

Urban Design Associates is seeking a full-time Architectural Draftsperson with 1–2 years of in-office experience to work on luxury residential projects from concept through construction. You will produce drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, implement redlines, assist with construction documents, and support design development.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is required; SketchUp and Lumion are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in an architectural office.
• Technical education required; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• SketchUp and Lumion experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of residential construction methods.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a full-time Architectural Draftsperson with 1-2 years of in-office experience who's excited to grow their skills while working on luxury residential projects from concept through construction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)
• Job Type: Full-time, in-office (remote work on Fridays after waiting period)
