Job summary

You will collaborate with regional MEAL teams, support business development, and assist in humanitarian responses, travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEAL with humanitarian programs and multi-country teams.
• Strong proposal development and donor reporting skills.
• Ability to design and review MEAL budgets, tools, and data collection methods.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement in diverse settings.
• Proven facilitation, training, and capacity-building abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and systems thinking.
• Proficient with MS Office and digital data collection tools; able to manage data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and in-country MEAL technical assistance to projects and country teams, including budgets and tool development.
• Contribute to business development through MEAL input for proposals and project designs.
• Support MEAL in humanitarian responses, establishing and managing MEAL systems for responses.
• Develop indicators, learning agendas and data visualization for reporting and decision-making.
• Assist in designing tools and reports for real-time evaluations and after-action reviews.
• Contribute to global awards: MEAL inputs and support during implementation.
• Design digital forms and data visualization approaches to improve data use and reporting.
• Help develop training strategies and curriculums for staff and partners in MEAL.
