Job summary

Catholic Relief Services is seeking a MEAL expert to lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning design for a major child protection reform project. You will develop data tools, analyze results, and guide learning across several countries, coordinating with government partners and donors.

The role requires senior MEAL experience, strong data analytics, and the ability to manage complex programs while ensuring compliance with donor guidelines and CRS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience.
• Experience managing MEAL programs in large, multi-country contexts.
• Ability to lead with government and partner stakeholders.
• Strong reporting, data management, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of MEAL for the program cycle.
• Develop and strengthen data collection, management and reporting systems.
• Lead milestone tracking, verification, and reporting processes.
• Ensure harmonized monitoring and learning approaches across countries.
• Provide technical oversight for MEAL related outcomes and systems.
• Support government counterparts and partners to strengthen MEAL capabilities.
