• MEAL principles and program quality understanding.
• Experience in business development and proposal design.
• Strong relationship management and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Facilitation, training and adult learning experience.

• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with data tools and budget management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide MEAL technical assistance remotely and in-country to projects and country teams, including budget development, system design, data collection tools, data analysis and evaluations.
• Support business development by contributing MEAL inputs to proposals and project design with indicators, plans and donor requirements.
• Assist MEAL in humanitarian responses by deploying to emergency programs and designing or reviewing MEAL tools, reports and real-time evaluations.
• Support MEAL for sectors like social cohesion, WASH and youth with indicators, learning agendas and data visualization.
• Contribute to the design of global awards and their implementation on an interim basis.
• Design digital forms for data collection and data visualization approaches for high-quality reporting.
• Help develop training strategies and curricula; conduct trainings and workshops; mentor MEAL staff.
• Contribute to influence and scaling strategies through evidence generation and MEAL approaches.
• Establish and maintain relationships with donors, peers and research institutions; participate in MEAL forums to share best practices and CRS' work.
