Job summary

Catholic Relief Services seeks a senior MEAL leader to design and oversee monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning for a multi-country child protection and family care reform project.

You will lead data systems, milestone verification, and learning initiatives, ensuring donor compliance and high-quality programming across participating countries and partners. Strong English, analytics, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Development, International Relations, Sociology, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with large, complex projects.
• Experience managing MEAL programs and leading teams.
• Experience in grants management and engaging with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEAL design and oversight across a multi-country project to ensure quality and donor compliance.
• Develop and manage data collection, management, and reporting systems at multiple levels.
• Oversee milestone tracking, verification, and reporting systems for deliverables.
• Harmonize MEAL approaches across countries and partners.
• Provide technical leadership to country MEAL staff and government counterparts.
• Promote cross-country learning, knowledge management, and adaptive management.
• Disseminate results to donors and external stakeholders.
