Job summary

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is seeking a Program Manager I to lead MEAL design for the CIHS project across multiple country contexts. You will oversee MEAL systems, data analysis, donor reporting, and learning activities to improve program quality and accountability.

The role is remote globally; travel up to 40% may be required and collaboration with partners, donors, and CRS internal teams will be frequent. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

• Experience leading MEAL design and data analysis in development projects.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to report to donors.

• Ability to manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project's MEAL system and manage MEAL implementation across the project cycle.
• Support needs assessments and develop results frameworks and indicators.
• Provide technical support for MEAL design and data analysis.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative MEAL data and ensure data quality.
• Ensure donor compliance and reporting; share findings with partners.
• Coordinate communications and build relationships with community stakeholders.
• Support planning, budgeting, and MEAL narratives.
• Identify capacity gaps and train stakeholders in the MEAL system.
• Support donor reports and organize quarterly partner meetings.
• Report annual Global Results in CRS systems.
